Hello, and welcome to the Avonya Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).
These Terms are important because they describe your rights and responsibilities when using our platform to express yourself through dance. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
By signing up or otherwise using the Avonya service, websites, and software applications (together, the "Avonya Service" or "Service"), or accessing any content or material that is made available through the Service (the "Content") you are entering into a binding contract with Avonya INC.
2. Changes to the Agreements
Occasionally we may make changes to the Agreements. When we make material changes to the Agreements, we'll provide you with notice as appropriate under the circumstances, e.g., by displaying a prominent notice within the Service or by sending you an email.
3. Enjoying Avonya
Here’s some information about all the ways you can enjoy Avonya. We offer a variety of dance styles, instructional videos, and social features designed to help you master your rhythm.
5. Using our service
The Avonya Service and the Content are the property of Avonya or Avonya's licensors. We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the Avonya Service.
6. Third Party Applications and Devices
The Avonya Service is integrated with or may otherwise interact with third party applications, websites, and services ("Third Party Applications") and third party Devices to make the Avonya Service available to you.
7. User-Generated Content
7.1 Your Content
Avonya users may post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the Service (which may include, for example, pictures, text, messages, information, and/or other types of content).
7.2 Monitoring Content
Avonya may, but has no obligation to, monitor, review, or edit User Content. In all cases, Avonya reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any or no reason.
8. Rights you grant us
In consideration for the rights granted to you under the Agreements, you grant us the right to allow the Avonya Service to use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on your Device in order to facilitate the operation of the Service.
9. User guidelines
9.4 Phantom Mode
Phantom Mode allows users to practice and record dances without immediate public visibility. Users in Phantom Mode must still adhere to all safety and copyright guidelines.
Respect Avonya, the owners of the Content, and other users of the Avonya Service. Don't engage in any activity that is harmful, threatening, or discriminatory.
10. Infringement and reporting User Content
Avonya respects the rights of intellectual property owners. If you believe that any Content infringes your intellectual property rights or other rights, please contact us immediately.
11. Service limitations and modifications
Avonya will make reasonable efforts to keep the Avonya Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions.
Sections 12 through 24 involve standard legal protections, including Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Jurisdiction.
